How long does shipping take?

Prints are made in Auckland and take 10 business days

Our canvas/T-shirts are manufactured and shipped from Australia and the United States and take 1-3 days to produce. After production, canvases are generally delivered within 10 - 30 business days, and T-shirts in 3-10 business days. Rural deliveries can take longer.


Can you tell me about your print providers and how this impacts product variations and shipping?

Sensaria is our print provider for Gallery-Wrapped Canvas. Based in the United States, they offer better shipping rates for the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world. Shipping takes 3 - 8 business days for deliveries in the United States and 10 - 30 business days everywhere else.


Prima Printing is our print provider for Classic Canvas. Based in Australia, they offer better shipping rates for New Zealand and Australia. Shipping takes 3 - 6 business days for deliveries in Australia and 5 - 12 business days in New Zealand.


The Print Bar is our T-shirt provider based in Australia; they offer better shipping rates for New Zealand and Australia. Shipping takes 3 - 6 business days for Australia and 5 - 12 business days for New Zealand.


Monster Digital is our T-shirt provider based in the United States; they offer better shipping rates for the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world. Shipping takes 2 - 5 business days for the United States and 10 - 30 business days everywhere else. 


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.


How much is shipping?

Shipping for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that we currently do not offer combined shipping.


What about VAT and tax fees?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Flutter to Bloom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer. 


Can you deliver to a PO box?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to PO boxes, as deliveries to PO boxes might encounter delays or issues.


What information do I need to provide for shipping?

When placing an order:

  • The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address. Flutter to Bloom does not provide address validation services. 


Checklist for a successful home delivery:

  1. The recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)

  2. Street address and house number

  3. Apartment number (if applicable)

  4. Floor number (optional)

  5. Suburb/City

  6. Post/Zip code

  7. Country

Please provide the information above; otherwise, the carrier might be unable to find you! If your package cannot be delivered, the shipment may be returned without further delivery attempts by the carrier.


Do you do international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries!  We’ve sourced print-on-demand providers in Australia and the United States to minimise shipping costs. International shipping is usually at a higher rate. However, if shipping is unreasonable, you can contact us with:

  • A link to the product(s) you’re after 

  • Your shipping address

We’ll do our best to find a print provider closer to you and with better shipping rates.

Currently, we do not ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.


My order should be here by now. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbours, get in touch with us with your order number.
