Can I return an item?
Our artwork reproductions and products are printed on demand, just for you. Print-on-demand is also better for the environment, reducing waste generated by unsold stock.
Unfortunately, this also means we do not support returns and exchanges for customer errors or changes of mind. Please be aware that the artwork's colouration or the design's size on a product may differ from the advertised image.
Can I get a refund?
We will refund the product price if an order is returned to the sender or lost in transit (unless it was sent to a PO Box or has an invalid address). We are unable to refund customers for shipping.
Product quality is guaranteed, but do contact us if you have any issues.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Flutter to Bloom offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already reached the Print Provider, they may already be working on fulfilling it. In this case, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
